Well I haven't been doing too badly. I had 2 pieces of bacon and 2 eggs for breakfast. My brother and his fiance wanted to go to a wonderful BBQ joint for lunch. I was able to get a burger without the bun. There is lettuce hiding under the onions. I ate the lettuce, pickles, and mayo. I left the tomato and onion though. The broccoli was delicious and roasted. Of course I had to add some cheddar cheese to the burger. It was great!
Eating Out
I can't be sure about the calories for lunch, but MyFitnessPal says about 478. My breakfast was 300, so I've got about 500 more calories to play with. I've hit my protein goal. I wish I was back at home so I could get some pie, but it will taste even better when I get back tomorrow. My brother's wedding shower is tomorrow, and I have no idea what kind of food will be there. I know it is going to be a giant fiesta though. I will take a bunch of pictures. There will even be a pinata. I'm so excited! I think I can keep it together and keep it keto.

The shower is going to extraordinary, then I'm going to my friend's farm, then I'm going to see my terrific husband who is smoking a pork shoulder all day today. I'm a very lucky lady.
