Well I have been off and on low-carb for a month now. I went on a trip with my family and ate anything and everything. I'm slowly getting back on a normal eating schedule though. I've been trying out different mug cakes. I tried a chocolate one yesterday and a blueberry one this morning. The recipe for the blueberry one is the same as the blackberry one posted, just substitute blueberries. The chocolate one wasn't my favorite chocolate mug cake, so I will keep experimenting before I post a recipe.
I basically took a cheat month, but I'm going to commit. My husband never stopped losing and he looks great. I'm really jealous, but I didn't do the work so I don't get the rewards. I'm going to try out some new recipes in hopes that it will spark my enthusiasm for low-carb.
